Distribution of fund for the Myanmar earthquake Relief (23 to 27, April 2025)

Happy to say we donated to a new water tank for this hospital in Yamethein affected by the earthquake. The existing water tank was affected, but it was built in 1958. Many buildings for staff were destroyed. 

We also donated for the restoration of the two pagodas, and many people who had collapsed houses, and dead family members in Thigone village. 

Donated 100,000 Myanmar kyat to two victims affected by the earthquake. We visited Mandalay hospital, gave donation to patients, donated to Myawaddy nunnery with 4 buildings affected by earthquake and donated to a monastery. This nunnery has many problems, 4 buildings cannot be used due to the earthquake. 

 Thanks to Sayadaw Dr Soma for helping to show around and giving us accommodation at his monastery Thein daw Taik. With his help, we completed our donation for the earthquake-relief in Mandalay yesterday, We donate 20,00000 MMK for the monastery and pagoda. This monastery provides support to the families which have collapsed houses. The top part of the pagoda has collapsed.

 Visited Mahagandhayon monastery at Amarapura and give donation 200,00000 MMK. Yesterday, we donated to 30,000 Myanmar kyat each to 135 village homes at In thein village near Inle Lake, Shan State, and also donate for the cost of 2 new houses for another village nearby. 

We also donated monastery 100,00000 Myanmar kyat to the monastery which is totally destroyed by the earthquake.

We have received new donations. So after our Malaysia and Sin trip in May, we can continue to do the earthquake relief charity work in June. Many people have lost their houses. They need new house.
