As a part of Website design coursework for the computer students, the students are required to work together to build a website for the Aggacara Institute.  How to do sitting meditation? You can sit quietly noting your breathing or abdomen rising and falling. If you need more motivation to sit longer, a cat can help you to sit quietly by sitting on your lap.

 Thanks to donors from America, the workers have successfully installed steel railings for our education building.  This place is our Aggacara International Institute where we holds all education activities. The above photo is the highest floor at this building.

 Let them recite loudly instead of quietly. Let them walk together.
